108SoulSync: Terms & Conditions

1. About 108SoulSync

108SoulSync is a registered Australian sole trader based in Victoria, Australia.

By accessing or purchasing a Membership or Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership & Programs
Membership

108SoulSync offers two membership options:

  • Monthly Membership — AUD$49.00 per month (standard price)
  • Annual Membership — AUD$490.00 per year (standard price, equivalent to 2 months free)

A limited-time Founding Circle discount is currently available on Monthly Membership only. See Section 3 (Founding Pricing) for details.

Membership includes access to all content currently available in the 108SoulSync Library, together with any new content added during your active membership, as well as access to the 108SoulSync Circle, our member community, for the duration of your active membership.

Programs

108SoulSync also offers standalone Programs.

Programs are purchased separately from Membership and include lifetime access to the specific Program purchased.

Program purchasers receive access to the 108SoulSync Circle for six (6) months from the date of purchase. Community access expires after this period, while lifetime access to the purchased Program remains unchanged.

Membership is not required to purchase a Program unless otherwise stated.

3. Founding Pricing Membership

Founding Circle

A discounted Founding Circle rate is available on Monthly Membership only, from August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026, or until the first 100 members join, whichever occurs first. Standard pricing begins September 1, 2026.

  • Founding Monthly Membership — AUD$39.00 per month (discounted from the standard AUD$49.00 per month)

This discounted rate remains locked in for as long as your Membership stays continuously active.

If you cancel your Membership and later rejoin, the current pricing at the time of rejoining will apply.

The Founding Circle discount does not apply to Annual Membership.

Annual Membership is available at the standard price of AUD$490.00 per year.

Programs

Programs are purchased with a one-time payment and include lifetime access to the specific Program purchased.

Founding pricing may be offered for selected Programs during launch periods and may increase for future purchases.

The purchase price paid at the time of enrolment remains locked in for that Program.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

By purchasing a Membership, you authorise recurring charges at the selected billing frequency until you cancel.

Programs require a one-time payment unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Monthly Members will retain access until the end of their current billing period. No further charges will apply.
  • Annual Members will retain access until the end of their paid membership year. No further charges will apply.

Cancelling your Membership does not affect access to any standalone Programs previously purchased.

6. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access provided, Membership fees and Program purchases are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We encourage you to review the information available on 108soulsync.com before purchasing.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

All content available through 108SoulSync, including videos, audio, written materials, downloads, images, Membership content and Program content, is the intellectual property of 108SoulSync.

Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not download, copy, reproduce, record, modify, distribute, sell, licence or share any content without prior written permission.

8. Member Conduct

Members and Program participants agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully.

Where access to the 108SoulSync Circle is provided, participants agree to comply with the Community Guidelines and engage respectfully with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where these Terms are breached, including unauthorised sharing of content, abusive behaviour or misuse of the platform.

9. Disclaimer

108SoulSync provides educational information relating to yoga, meditation, mindfulness, somatic awareness and personal wellbeing.

Content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Participation in any practice is voluntary. You are responsible for listening to your own body and choosing what feels appropriate for you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 108SoulSync is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, Membership, Programs or their content.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

12. Changes to These Terms

108SoulSync reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
