1. About 108SoulSync
108SoulSync is operated by 108SoulSync, a registered Australian sole trader based in Victoria, Australia. ABN: 28 622 962 052
By accessing or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Membership
108SoulSync offers two membership options:
- Monthly Membership — AUD $39.00 per month
- Annual Membership — AUD $390.00 per year
Membership includes access to all content currently available in the 108SoulSync Library, together with any new content added during your active membership.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By purchasing a membership, you authorise recurring charges at the selected billing frequency until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Monthly members will retain access until the end of their current billing period. No further charges will apply.
- Annual members will retain access until the end of their paid year. No further charges will apply.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the membership and the immediate access provided to all available content, membership fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to review the information available on 108soulsync.com before purchasing.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on the 108SoulSync platform, including videos, audio, written materials and images, is the intellectual property of 108SoulSync. Members may access content for personal use only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, you may not download, copy, reproduce, record, modify, distribute, sell, licence or share any content without prior written permission.
7. Member Conduct
Members agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund where these Terms are breached, including unauthorised sharing of content or misuse of the platform.
8. Disclaimer
108SoulSync provides educational information relating to yoga, mindfulness, meditation, somatic awareness and personal wellbeing. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Participation in any practice is voluntary. You are responsible for listening to your own body and choosing what feels appropriate for you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 108SoulSync is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or its content.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
