 About Me

Hi, I'm Sanjna.

My path into this work began through yoga, mindfulness and a growing curiosity about the connection between the body, emotions and nervous system.

Over the years, I've undertaken training in Somatic Integration, Embodied Processing, trauma-informed practice and yoga, allowing me to bring both lived experience and structured learning into my work.

But the question I keep coming back to is a simple one:

Why do we respond the way we do?

Why do we repeat something we know isn't working? Why does a reaction sometimes arrive before we've had time to think? Why can something feel completely reasonable in the moment, even when another part of us knows differently?

I'm interested in what sits underneath those responses, the patterns we've learned, what the body has come to expect, and the ways our past experiences can shape what we do in the present.

For me, understanding isn't the end of the work. It's what gives us somewhere to begin.

Sometimes seeing a pattern clearly is enough. Sometimes it shows us something we'd like to do differently.

And when we do want change, we can explore what another response might look like, through reflection, somatic practice, breath, movement and the choices we make in everyday life.

That's the work behind 108SoulSync: understanding what shapes our responses, so we have more choice in what happens next.
