Hi, I'm Sanjna.
My path into this work began through yoga, mindfulness and a growing curiosity about the connection between the body, emotions and nervous system.
Over the years, I've undertaken training in Somatic Integration, Embodied Processing, trauma informed practice and yoga, allowing me to bring both lived experience and structured learning into my work.
I came to understand that healing isn't always about pushing harder or doing more. Often, it begins by slowing down, listening, and creating space for what is already present.
That's the heart of 108SoulSync. A place to breathe, move and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and compassionate way.
