My name is Sanjna, I'm a yoga teacher, trainee yoga therapist, and the heart behind 108soulsync. My mantra is simple: breathe, move, connect. Through my offerings, I guide others to return to the wisdom of the body, reconnect with the breath, and move toward healing from the inside out.
Rooted in traditional yogic practices and supported by a modern understanding of mental and emotional wellbeing, my approach blends movement, mindfulness, and compassionate connection. I'm currently on the path to becoming a C-IAYT, certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists, deepening my ability to support individuals with tailored, therapeutic practices.

As an offering of love and compassion, 108soulsync provides volunteer yoga and wellness sessions to not-for-profit organisations, community groups, and those in need. This is yoga beyond the mat, a practice of giving, connection, and healing for all.
